Our Home and School Committee is a group of fantastic parents and teachers who get in behind fundraising opportunities for the school.
Our children are at the heart of it all
Our committee is made up of volunteers, with one thing in common – CTS children are at the heart.
We have raised funds for various projects, including school camps, teacher supplies, a new playground, and sports uniforms. New members and ideas to continue improving CTS are always welcome.

Tea by the Sea
This has grown into an Atawhai/Marybank Community event. It is a night of food stalls and children’s entertainment, as well as raffles, music and a chocolate wheel. Because so many people get involved and invite family and friends for a scrumptious dinner they don’t have to cook, but get to enjoy in a fantastic setting – it is a big success!
CTS Olive Oil
Our CTS Olive Oil is world-famous in Nelson. We have an olive grove at CTS that the kids handpick before sending them away for pressing. The finished products are delicious and always sell quickly – it is very popular!
